摘　　要：本文以电网投资、电量增长与输配电价在新一轮电价改革中出现的特殊关系为切入点,在分析输配电价的构成的基础上,构建了投资、电量、电价的关系模型,并分不同情景模拟测算不同投资和电量情况下输配电价的趋势。结果显示:电网投资、电量增长对输配电价有显著影响,最后文章对后续输配电价及电网投资的核定提出相关政策建议。This paper uses the relationship of the grid investment,transmission-distribution electricity price and the quantity growth as the breakthrough point, analyses main factors establishing transmission-distribution electricity price,and then builds the model expressing the relationship of investment, quantity, and price, then calculates the price in different scene, the results are able to show that power grid investment and the quantity growth has a significant influence on the price, this paper finally gives some relevant suggestions about how to approve transmission-distribution electricity price and power grid investment.
