摘  要:目的探讨瑞芬太尼、舒芬太尼复合静脉靶控麻醉在脑外科手术中的应用效果。方法 2013年12月至2015年12月收住本院的脑组织病变患者76例为研究组,住院期间均行脑功能区手术治疗,且均采用舒芬太尼复合静脉靶控麻醉。同期入院患者79例为对照组,均采用瑞芬太尼复合静脉靶控麻醉。比较2组患者麻醉效果及围手术期不良反应。结果研究组患者麻醉有效率为97.4%(74/76)、自主呼吸恢复时间为(4.8±1.2)min、睁眼时间为(7.5±1.6)min、拔管时间为(12.5±2.4)min、定向力恢复时间为(14.2±2.1)min。而对照组上述指标则分别为96.2%(76/79)、(5.2±1.4)min、(7.9±1.8)min、(13.1±2.2)min、(14.7±2.3)min。2组患者上述指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组围手术期麻醉相关不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于脑外科手术,瑞芬太尼和舒芬太尼复合静脉靶控麻醉均可获得较为满意的效果,但舒芬太尼安全性更好。Objective To explore the application effects of remifentanil and sufentanil target controlled intravenous anesthesia in brain surgery. Methods From December 2013 to December 2015, 76 inpatients with brain tissue lesions were selected as a study group and they received brain the surgery and were used with the sufficient sufentanil target con- trolled intravenous anesthesia, and during the the same period, 79 inpatients were selected as a control group and they re- ceived the remifentanil intravenous target-controlled anesthesia. The anesthesia effects and adverse reactions were com- pared between the two groups. Results In the study group, the anesthesia effective rate was 97.4% (74/76), spontaneous breathing recovery time was (4.8 ± 1.2) min, eyes open time was (7.5 ± 1.6) rain, intubation time was (12.5 ± 2.4) min, and orientation recovery time was (14.2 ± 2.1) min, while in the control group, the above-mentioned indicators were 96.2% (76/ 79), (5.2± 1.4) min, (7.9±1.8) min, (13.1± 2.2) min, and (14.7± 2.3) min respectively, and there were no significant diffrences between the two groups (P〉0.05). The rate of perioperative anesthesia-related adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclu- sion For the brain surgery, the remifentanil and sufentanil target controlled intravenous anesthesia can obtain satisfactory results, but sufentanil is better than remifentanil in the security.
