摘　　要：本文针对农药监督抽查工作中经常出现的问题,就规范农药监督抽查抽样单的填写进行了探讨,提出了抽样单信息项填写应注意的事项,对农业行政执法人员具有一定指导意义,对规范我国农业行政执法文书的文本标准也具有一定的参考价值。For the issues arising from monitoring and sampling of pesticides,this paper explored how to filling in the sampling forms correctly and standardly,and the related instructions were given,which was aimed to provide guidance to the agricultural administrative and law enforcement officers and reference to improve and standardize the text norms of the legal documents of agricultural administration and law enforcement.
