伏虫隆原药的高效液相色谱分析方法研究

摘　　要：本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水为流动相,使用Waters Symmetry 5μm C_(18)250×4.6 mm色谱柱和紫外检测器,在250nm波长下对伏虫隆原药进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.999 8,标准偏差为0.12,变异系数为0.12%,平均回收率为100.08%。A method for separation and quantitative analysis of teflubenzuron TC by HPLC,with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase,Waters Symmetry 5μm C18 250 × 4.6mm and UVD at 250nm wavelength was described.The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 8,the standard deviation of 0.12,the variation coefficient of 0.12%,and the average recovery of 100.08% were obtained.
