摘  要:本文主要考察了不同催化剂、脱氯抑制剂等对2,5-二氯硝基苯催化加氢制2,5-二氯苯胺的影响。发现,以Pt/C作催化剂具有较高的活性与选择性;向反应体系中添加一定量的二乙醇胺,脱氯副反应得到明显地抑制,产品收率达到了99.2%,利用水蒸气蒸馏,得到纯度为99.9%的白色合格产品。The effects of catalysts and dechlorination inhibitors on catalytic hydrogenation of 2,5-dichloronitrobenzene to 2,5-dichloro- aniline were investigated. The experiment results showed that Pt/C catalyst has high activity and regioselectivity; The dechlorination re- action was inhibited obviously when a certain amount of diethanolamine was added to the reaction system, the yield of product reached 99. 2%, a white accepted product with purity of 99. 9% could be obtained by steam distillation.
