摘　　要：目的综述胃管液囊空肠导管肠内营养在术后胃瘫治疗中的护理进展。方法总结术后胃瘫的定义、术后胃瘫的诊断及治疗方法、术后胃瘫营养支持治疗的重要性,对术后胃瘫的营养护理进展进行综述。结果和结论术后胃瘫综合征是腹部手术尤其是胃大部分切除术后的并发症之一。在术后胃瘫治疗中应用胃管液囊空肠导管进行肠内营养,有助于腹部手术术后胃肠功能的恢复。Objective To summarize the nursing progress of gastric liquid capsule Jejunum Tube enteral nutrition in the treatment of postsuroal gastroparesis syndrome. Methods To summarize the definition of postsuroal gastroparesis, the diagnosis and treatment of postsuroal gastroparesis, and the importance of nutritional support of postsuroal gastroparesis, and summarize the nutritional nursing progress of postoperative gastroparesis,Resuits and Conclusions Postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome is one of the complications after abdominal surgery, especially after subtotal resection of the stomach. The gastric liquid capsule Jejunum Tube are applied for carrying out the enteral nutrition in the treatment of postsuroal gastroparesis ,which can contribute to recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery.
