神经内科偏瘫患者综合性康复治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨临床治疗过程中综合性康复对神经内科偏瘫患者运动恢复的影响。方法选取2014年10月至2016年10月来本院神经内科进行偏瘫治疗的患者1284例,分为对照组与观察组各642例。观察组和对照组入院均进行改善微循环、舒张血管、神经营养等基础治疗,除了基础治疗外,观察组开展了综合性康复治疗,对照组则开展了物理治疗。对比两组患者临床运动恢复情况。结果观察组患者总有效率为93%,对照组患者总有效率为79%,可知观察组患者治疗后运动功能恢复情况明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性康复治疗对神经内科偏瘫患者运动功能的恢复具有极其重要的影响,其能够有效改善患者偏瘫部位的运动功能,从而使患者逐步实现生活自理,尽早回归社会生活,是非常值得在临床推广应用的。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation in the clinical treatment processon motor recovery of hemiplegia patients in neurology department .Methods 1284 patients with hemiplegia treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group, each group with a total of 642cases.The observation group and the control group were admitted to improve the microcirculation and blood vessels, nerve nutrition therapy, in addition to the basic treatment, the observation group was given the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, the control group was given the physical therapy. The clinical recovery of the two groups were compared,Result The total efficiency of the observation group was 93%, the total effective rate of control group was 79%,the recovery of motor fimction in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group after treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conelusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on the recovery of motor function in hemiplegic patients in Department of Neurology has extremely importan! influence, which can effectively improve the motor function of patients with hemiplegia, gradually improve the self-care ability of patients and promote them return to social life as soon as possible, is worthy of clinical application.
