镇肝熄风汤治疗中度原发性高血压的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究镇肝熄风汤治疗中度原发性高血压的临床效果。方法选取186例中度原发性高血压患者,将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组90例,观察组96例,对照组采用卡托普利治疗,观察组采用镇肝熄风汤加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为94.8%明显高于对照组的83.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组有部分患者出现轻微不良反应,经对症处理后缓解。结论镇肝熄风汤加减治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压安全高效,值得广泛应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of the decoction for treating moderate essential hypertension. Methods 186 cases of patients with essential hypertension, divided into observation group and control group, 90 cases in the control group, 96 cases in the observation group, the control group using the Kato Pury treatment, the observation group with Zhenganxifeng decoction, the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.3%, significantly higher than that of the control group （94.8%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Two groups of patients with mild adverse reactions, after symptomatic treatment to ease. Conclusion Zhenganxifeng Decoction in the treatment of hyperactivity of primary hypertension is safe and effective, worthy of extensive application.
