不同术式治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的对比选择性痔上粘膜切除术(TST)与高频电容场肛肠治疗技术(HCPT)结合的方法与传统外切内扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床效果。方法选择2013年6月至2016年6月间治疗环状混合痔70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例,观察组患者采用TST与HCPT结合技术进行手术,对照组采用传统外切内扎术进行手术,对手术疗效、手术时间、术后恢复、住院时间等方面进行观察对比分析。结果观察组和对照组均有很好的疗效,在手术时间、术后并发症、住院时间上观察组均明显优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择性痔上粘膜切除术与高频电容场肛肠治疗仪联合应用治疗环状混合痔具有手术及住院时间短、出血少、治愈率高的优点,值得临床上推广应用。Objective To compare the clinical therapeutic effect between tissue-selecting therapy stapler （TST） union high frequency capacitance technology （HCPT） and traditional milligan morgan surgery, in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 70 cases of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were selected from June 2013 to June 2016, then they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The observation group were treated by TST combined with HCPT, the control group were treated by traditional Milligan Morgan. The curative effect, operation time, postoperative recovery, the hospitalization time were compared between two groups. Results The two groups all have good curative effect, and the operation time, postoperative complications and hospitalization time of the observation group is obviously better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TST union HCPT is a satisfied method for the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, which has the advantages of a shorter operative time and hospital stay, less bleeding and higher curative rate. Therefore TST union HCPT is worth popularizing and applying on clinic.
