百令胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨分析百令胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者的疗效。方法 80例早期糖尿病肾病患者,根据患者服药的不同分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组在对照组西药治疗基础上给予百令胶囊治疗。治疗6个月后评价疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的65.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前及治疗后两组空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖均较治疗前降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前血肌酐、血尿素氮以及24小时尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组血肌酐、血尿素氮以及24小时尿蛋白定量均较治疗前降低,血浆白蛋白较治疗前升高,且治疗组均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西药常规治疗基础上给予百令胶囊对于早期糖尿病肾病患者肾功能具有很好的改善作用。Objective To explore and analyze the curative effect of corbrin capsule in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods A total of 80 early diabetic nephropathy patients were divided by different drugs into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received western medicine for treatment, and the treatment group received corbrin capsule on the basis of the control group. Curative effect was evaluated after 6 months of treatment in two group. Results The treatment group had higher total effective rate as 90.00% than 65.00% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in fasting blood-glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose before and after treatment in two groups（P〉0.05）. Both groups had lower fasting blood-glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose after treatment than before treatment, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, 24 urine protein quantitation and plasma albumin before treatment（P〉0.05）. After treatment, both groups had lower serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and 24 urine protein quantitation than before treatment, and higher plasma albumin than before treatment. The treatment group was better than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Corbrin capsule on the basis of western medicine conventional therapy shows improving effect for renal function of early diabetic nephropathy patients.
