慢性肥厚性鼻炎采用下鼻甲去骨及黏膜划痕术治疗的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性肥厚性鼻炎采用下鼻甲去骨及黏膜划痕术治疗的临床疗效。方法 192例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者,随机分为对照组及治疗组,各96例。对照组采用传统的下鼻甲部分切除术,治疗组采用下鼻甲去骨及黏膜划痕术。比较两组患者术后治疗效果及并发症情况。结果治疗组总有效率为100.00%,对照组总有效率为97.92%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组并发症发生率0低于对照组17.71%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=18.651,P<0.05)。结论下鼻甲去骨及黏膜划痕术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎疗效确切,并发症少,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis treated with inferior turbinate boneless and mucosal scratches. Methods A total of 192 chronic hypertrophic rhinitis patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 96 cases in each group. The control group received traditional inferior turbinectomy, and the treatment group received inferior turbinate boneless and mucosal scratches. Comparison were made on postoperative therapeutic effect and complications situation in two groups. Results The treatment group had total effective rate as 100.00%, while the control group had total effective rate as 97.92%, and the difference had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. The treatment group had lower incidence of complications as 0 than 17.71% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（χ^2=18.651, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Inferior turbinate boneless and mucosal scratches shows affirmative curative effect in treating chronic hypertrophic rhinitis with few complications, and it is worthy of promotion.
