全髋关节置换术与骨折内固定术在股骨颈骨折治疗中的临床效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的分析研讨全髋关节置换术与骨折内固定术在股骨颈骨折治疗中的临床效果。方法此研究为回顾性分析,从我院2007年10月-2016年9月期间收治的股骨颈骨折患者中,抽取96例纳入到此讨论中,96例患者按入院单双顺序分两组,48例对照组(骨折内固定术)和48例研究组(全髋关节置换术),将两组患者治疗效果、术后功能恢复状况、并发症发生状况纳入对比研讨中。结果研究组患者髋关节功能的优良率85.42%比对照组62.50%高,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的术中出血量比对照组少,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者下地活动时间比对照组短,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术时间和住院时间对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者的并发症发生率8.33%比对照组20.83%低,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取全髋关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折的效果显著优于骨折内固定术治疗,其操作简便,能够有效改善病人患肢功能,且并发症少,安全性高,值得临床应用并推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of total hip arthroplasty and internal fixation in the treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods Selected 96 cases included in this discussion, 96 cases of hospitalized patients with single and double sequence is divided into two groups, 48 cases in the control group and study group, the two groups of patients with treatment effect, functional recovery and complications in the postoperative condition into the comparative study. Results The study group of patients with hip joint function excellent rate was 85.42% higher than the control group of 62.50%there was statistical significance between groups of data（P〈0.05）; the study group of patients with blood loss less than the control group, there was statistical significance between groups of data（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The total hip arthroplasty for the treatment of femoral neck fracture is significantly superior to that of internal fixation of fracture, and has the advantages of simple operation, high safety, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
