摘 要:目的:优化拟缺香茶菜总黄酮提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验,以拟缺香茶菜总黄酮的含量为综合指标,采取加热回流方法,考察提取温度(A)、液料比(B)、提取时间(C)、乙醇浓度(D)4个因素对提取效果的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为温度90℃、液料比40∶1、提取2.0 h、60%乙醇,平均得率为5.668 6%。结论:该工艺简便合理,稳定可行,可为拟缺香茶菜总黄酮提取工艺的确定提供依据。Objective:The optimal conditions of total flavonoids from Isodon excisoides were investigated by orthogonal array design.Methods:The content of total flavonoids was determined spectrometrically using rutin as the reference substance.The effects of extraction temperature,extraction time,liquid/material ratio,ethanol concentration on the content of total flavonoids in extracts were investigated by one-factor-at-a-time method,and the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal array design.Results:Ethanol concentration and liquid/material ratio were the key factors that affected the extraction of total flavonoids.The optimal extractive conditions were obtained as follows:temperature 90 ℃,treatment time 120 min,liquid/material ratio 50∶1 and ethanol concentration 50%.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of total flavonoids from I.excisoides was 5.668 6%.Conclusion:The optimized process remarkably increases the extraction yield of total flavonoids from I.excisoides and has a promising prospect for practical applications.
