尖锐湿疣患者HPV感染类型与细胞免疫功能关系的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨尖锐湿疣 (CA)患者组织中HPV感染的类型与细胞免疫功能的关系。方法　采用PCR技术检测组织中HPVDNA ,流式细胞仪检测外周血T细胞亚群 ,ELISA法检测血清中细胞因子。结果　CA患者组织中HPV阳性率为 96 2 0 % ,假性湿疣 (PCV)患者组织中HPV阳性率为 5 0 0 %。CA组外周血CD3+ T细胞、CD4 +T细胞、CD4 + /CD8+ T细胞分别为 (5 1 2 3± 5 5 1) %、(2 3 5 2± 4 90 ) %、0 90± 0 84均低于PCV组 (6 0 31±9 4 6 ) %、(35 13± 5 94 ) %、1 5 5± 0 77和正常体检对照组 (6 1 0 1± 9 2 1) %、(36 4 6± 6 0 4 ) %、1 5 9± 0 78(均P<0 0 1) ;CA组外周血CD8+ T细胞为 (2 5 98± 5 78) %均高于PCV组 (2 2 6 7± 2 94 ) %和正常体检对照组 (2 2 86± 3 0 1) % (均P <0 0 5 ) ;CA组血清中IL - 12产生水平为 (6 1 38± 5 38) %均低于PCV组 (82 0 3± 9 0 1) %和正常体检对照组 (81 75± 10 18) % (均P <0 0 5 ) ;不同型别HPV感染的CA患者之间外周血CD3+ 、CD4 + 、CD8+ 、CD4 + /CD8+ 和血清中IL - 12产生水平无差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　CA患者存在细胞免疫缺陷 。Objective: To probe into human papillomavirus (HPV) types and their correlation with cell mediated immunity in patients with condyloma acuminatum (CA) Methods: Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was employed to detect HPV DNA in tissues Flow cytometer was used to test T cell subpopulation in peripheral blood and ELISA method to examine interleukin 12(IL-12) in serum Results: HPV DNA was detected in 96 20% of CA tissues and 5% of pseudocondyloma of vulvae (PCV) tissues The CA patients showed lower levels of CD3 +T cell, CD4 + T-cell, CD4 +/CD8 + T cell ratio, which were(51 23±5 51)%, (23 52±4 90)%, 0 90±0 84 respectively, than those of the PCA patients, which were (60 31±9 46)%, (35 13±5 94)%, 1 55±0 77, and those of the healthy people, which were (61 01±9 21)%, (36 46±6 04)%, 1 59±0 78(P<0 01) The level of CD8 + T cell of the CA was (25 98±5 78)%, which was higher than that of the PCV (22 67±2 94)% and that of the healthy (22 86±3 01)%(P<0 05) IL-12 level of the CA (61 38±5 38)% was lower than that of the PCV (82 03±9 01)% and that of the healthy (81 75±10 18)%(P<0 05) T cell subpopulation and IL-12 level in CA patients with different HPV types were similar (P>0 05) Conclusion: Cellular immunodeficiency exists but is similar in CA patients with different HPV types
