摘　　要：目的探讨STOX1在正常妊娠及重度子痫前期胎盘组织中的表达及意义。方法采用蛋白质印迹法(Western blotting)、逆转录PCR(RT-PCR)及免疫组织化学染色法测定晚期正常妊娠(42例)、重度子痫前期(30例)胎盘组织中STOX1基因的表达。结果 STOX1基因在正常晚期妊娠及重度子痫前期胎盘组织中均有提示;STOX1基因多见于绒毛的细胞滋养细胞与合体滋养细胞;与正常晚孕比较,重度子痫前期胎盘组织中STOX1 mRNA及蛋白表达明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论重度子痫前期存在STOX1基因及其表达增强,其异常表达可能参与重度子痫前期的发生发展。Objective To exlpore the expression and significance of STOX1 in placenta of normal and severe preeclampsia pregnancy. Methods The expression of STOX1 in placenta of 30 severe preeclampsia and 42 normal pregnant women was determined by Western blotting, Real-time PCR and immunohistochemical staining. Results STOXI was expressed in placenta of normal and severe preeelampsia, which was mostly found in syncytio- trophoblast and cytotrophoblas; the expression level of STOX1 in severe preeclampsia placenta was significantly higher than that in normal group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion There is an increasing expression of STOX1 in severe preeelampsia, this abnomal expression of STOX1 may be involved in the occurrence of severe preeclampsia.
