摘 要:目的比较昆明山海棠(THH)根与茎的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法采用大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型、小鼠乙酸扭体法、小鼠热板法比较昆明山海棠根、茎提取液的抗炎、镇痛作用。结果昆明山海棠根、茎均能显著降低大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型的足趾肿胀度;能显著减少乙酸所致的小鼠扭体次数,其镇痛百分率与给药剂量呈量效关系;能显著提高热板法小鼠的痛阈值/痛阈值提高率。结论昆明山海棠根、茎均具有抗炎、镇痛作用,两者的药效没有显著差别。Objective To compare the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Tripterygium hypoglaucum Hutch( THH) root and stem. Methods The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of THH root and stem were compared with the model of adjuvant arthritis in rats,acetic acid writhing method and hot plate method in mice. Results THH root and stem significantly reduced the toe swelling in the adjuvant arthritis rat model. They also significantly decreased the writhing times in mice,the analgesic percentage and the given dose showed dose-effect relationship. Meanwhile,the root and stem of THH significantly increased the pain threshold of mice and hot plate pain threshold increase rate. Conclusion Both root and stem of THH display anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects without significant difference.
