教育水平对养殖户的重大禽病风险认知影响研究

摘　　要：近年来,新城疫和禽流感等重大动物疫病严重影响我国禽业的可持续发展。提高基层养殖户对重大禽病的风险认知是提高防控有效性的重要前提。养殖户的教育水平是重要的人力资本,对防疫行为、认知均能发挥重要作用。笔者通过收集南方177个养鸡户的调查数据,并用有序Probit模型实证发现,养殖户接受的教育年限越长,越有助于他们提高对重大禽病的风险认知。鼓励农户接受职业高中教育和社会资本投资办学可能是有效提高养殖户对禽病风险认知的较好途径。Recently, major animal digeases involving Newcastle disease and bird flu have gradually impacted the sustainable development of poultry industry in China. It is an important precondition to enhance farmers＇ risk perception of major poultry disease for improving the effec- tiveness of disease prevention and control. Farmers＇ educational level is a great human capital, which may exert vital influence on their epidem- ics behavior and perception as well. By collecting 177 chicken farmers＇ survey data from South China and analyzing with the ordered Probit model, the research found thaffarmers received more education would be more helpful to improve their risk perception of major poultry diseases. Accordingly, encouraging farmers to receive occupational or high school education and increasing society capital investment on rural education are perhaps the effective ways to enhance farmers＇ risk perception of great poultry diseases.
