摘　　要：笔者对桑叶中所含黄酮、生物碱、多糖、甾醇、氨基酸、维生素和微量元素等成分的药理作用及其机制进行介绍,以便为桑叶资源的开发和利用提供相关参考。This article gives a summary of research progress on active constituents and pharmacological function of mulberry leaves, which has functions of flavonoids, alkaloids, polysaccharide, sterol, amino acids, vitamin and trace elements, etc.This helps make full use of mulberry leaves resources.
