摘　　要：近年来,我国泌尿系结石的发病率有增高趋势。经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)是当前治疗上尿路结石的主要方法,为更好地评价手术难度、预测结石清除效果,术前常需要对病情进行评价。本文就肾结石PCNL的预测因素及术前评价方法进行综述。The incidence of urinary calculi in our country tends to be higher in recent years. Percutaneous nephrolithotomy is now the main method for treatment of urinary calculi. Preoperative evaluation of the patient＇s condition is needed to better evaluate the operative difficulty and predict the stone-free rate. In this article, the pre- dictors and clinical evaluation of methods of renal calculus will be reviewed.
