摘　　要：针对电路板测试,设计了一种基于可互换式虚拟仪器(IVI)技术的可视化自动测试软件平台。该平台提供封装了仪器控制函数和逻辑计算函数的可视化图形组件,实现了测试流程和测试系统的可视化搭建。该平台操作简单,可维护性强,大大提高了开发人员搭建测试系统的效率。In view of the circuit board tests,the paper designs a software platform for visual automatic test system based on the technology of interchangeable virtual instruments（IVI）.The platform provide the visual graphic modules which include the functions of instrument control and logical calculate.The platform can build the testing process and system visually.The platform has the feature of simple operation and strong maintainability.
