川东北地区医学生职业成熟度现状调查分析

摘　　要：地区环境和行业背景对高校大学生的职业成熟度有一定影响。本研究采用张智勇修订的韩国版《大学生职业成熟度问卷》,对川北医学院临床医学本科专业三年级的742名学生进行问卷调查。研究结果表明,所调查学生的职业目标成熟度、择业价值成熟度、职业自信成熟度、职业自主成熟度、职业参照维度、亲友依赖成熟度得分(1至5分)平均分别为3.21、3.19、2.97、3.34、3.18、3.00,总平3.15分,无性别差异。结论:当前川东北地区医学本科学生的职业成熟度处于中低水平,学生虽有一定的自主选择意识,但对亲友依赖较重,职业自信成熟度低。Regional environment and industry background have effects on career maturity of college students to some degree. Method ： This studyadopted the Korean version of the career maturity questionnairewhich is revised by Zhang Zhiyong, surveying 742 junior students who study clinical medicine in North Sichuan Medical College （ Si-chuan Province）. Results showed that the average scores of students surveyed are 3. 21, 3. 19, 2. 97, 3. 34, 3. 18, 3.00 in terms of career decisiveness maturity, career value maturity, career confidence maturity, career inde-pendence maturity, career reference maturity, relational dependence maturity respectively, and overall career matu- rity average score is 3. 1 5,without gender difference. Conclusion ：The career maturity of medical undergraduates in the Northeast of Sichuan Region is currently at a medium - low level. Though the students have some sense of self - selection, they depend much on relatives without enough self - confidence.
