摘 要:目的比较单用阿仑膦酸钠与阿托伐他汀联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗绝经后女性骨质疏松的临床效果。方法选取2014年4月至2015年4月于本院就诊的120例绝经后骨质疏松女性患者为研究对象。将入选患者采用随机数表法分为对照组和联合组,每组各60例。对照组患者予以阿仑膦酸钠口服治疗,联合组患者予以阿仑膦酸钠联合阿托伐他汀治疗。两组患者均治疗1年。比较两组患者治疗后1年的临床疗效,治疗前、治疗后3个月、6个月及1年血清骨钙素含量、L_2~L_4和股骨颈骨密度变化情况。结果治疗后1年联合组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月、6个月及1年,两组患者血清骨钙素含量较治疗前均下降且呈进行性下降趋势(P<0.05),L_2~L_4及股骨颈的骨密度较治疗前均升高且呈进行性升高趋势(P<0.05)。联合组患者血清骨钙素含量较对照组下降更显著(P<0.05),且L_2~L_4及股骨颈的骨密度较对照组升高更显著(P<0.05)。结论与单用阿仑膦酸钠相比,阿仑膦酸钠联合阿托伐他汀治疗绝经后女性骨质疏松效果更显著,且随着治疗时间的延长,患者的骨密度和骨骼强度均显著增强。Objective To compare the efficacy of Alendronate alone with Atorvastatin combined with Alendronate in the treatment of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. Method 120 women with postmenopausal osteoporosis from April 2014 to April 2015 were selected as the sujects. They were randomly divided into control group and combined group, each group of 60 cases. Control group patients were orally treated with Alendronate, combined group patients were treated with Alendronate combined with Atorvastatin. All the patients were treated for 1 year. The levels of serum osteocalcin and L2 ~ L4, bone mineral density in the femoral neck were measured at 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Result After 1 year of treatment, the effective rate of combined group was significantly higher than that in control group (P 〈 0.05). At 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after treatment, the serum osteocalcin levels of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment, and showed a downward trend (P 〈 0.05), the bone mineral density of L2 ~ L4 and femoral neck increased compared with that before treatment, and showed a trend of progressive increase (P 〈 0.05). The osteocalcin content in combined group decreased more significantly than that in control group (P 〈 0.05), and the bone mineral density of L2 ~ L4 and the femoral neck increased more significantly than that of control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Compared with Alendronate alone, Alendronate combined with Atorvastatin has more significant effect in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis, and with the change of treatment time, the bone density and bone strength of patients are significantly enhanced.
