摘　　要：从固定资产投资和产业规模、企业数量和从业人员、经营状况、合同总额和新签合同额、房屋建筑施工竣工面积、对外承包工程等方面对2015年河南省建筑业总体情况进行分析,可以发现:2015年河南建筑产业具有郑州、洛阳雄居龙头,建筑业以房屋建筑施工为主,建筑业产业集中度提高,外向度与企业竞争力关联度高等特征;促进河南省建筑业发展的主要因素是全省固定资产投资的平稳增长、建筑业队伍的稳定、充足的市场份额和加强建筑市场监管等。同时,河南省建筑业发展中也存在很多问题,必须积极采取对策,使河南省由建筑业大省向建筑业强省转变。The essay analyses the overall situation from investment in fixed a sets and industrial scale, num-ber of enterjDrises and employees, operating conditions, the total amount of tlie contract and new signing con-tracts ,housing construction area and foreign contracted projects of construction industry in Henan province in2015,then draws the conclusions： in 2015, Henan construction industry has the characteristics witli Zheng-zhou and Luoyang as the leaders,house buildings are superior in numbers,construction industry concentration increases, enterprise competitiveness correlation degree increases,and so on. The madevelopment of construction industry in Henan province are ： the steady growth of the stability of the construction team,the adequate market share,the strong construction market management,etc. At the same time, there also exists some problems in the construction industry development in Henanprovince,we must take positive countermeasures to make Henan province become the strong province in construction industry.
