尪痹片联合三土汤加减治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨尪痹片联合三土汤加减治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将100例活动期类风湿性关节炎患者按入院的先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。2组患者给予尪痹片治疗。在此基础上,观察组患者给予三土汤加减治疗。观察2组患者治疗前、治疗3个月后血清炎性指标[γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]的变化及临床疗效和随访3个月的复发率、关节并发症(疼痛、压痛,肿胀、晨僵和摩擦音)发生率。结果观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(94.00%比80.00%,P<0.05)。观察组患者随访3个月的复发率、关节总并发症发生率及治疗3个月后血清IFN-γ、TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组,血清IL-4水平明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论尪痹片联合三土汤加减治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎具有较好的疗效,可减轻炎症反应,降低复发率和并发症发生率。Objective To explore the clinical effects of Wangbi tablets combined with Santu decoction on active rheumatoid arthritis.Methods According to the order of admission,100 patients with active rheumatoid arthritis were treated with Wangbi tablets alone(control group,n=50)or in combination with Santu decoction(observation group,n=50).Serum levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-4(IL-4)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were measured before and after treatment for 3 months.In addition,the rate of recurrence and incidence of joint complications(pain,tenderness,swelling,morning stiffness and fricative sound)were observed during 3months of follow-up.Results The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(94.00% vs 80.00%,P<0.05).Furthermore,the rate of recurrence and incidence of joint complications in observation group were decreased than those in control group after 3months of follow-up(P<0.05).Moreover,compared with control group,levels of IFN-γand TNF-αdecreased and levels of IL-4increased in observation group after treatment for 3months(P<0.05).Conclusion Wangbi tablets combined with Santu decoction is effective for active rheumatoid arthritis and can reduce inflammatory response and rates of recurrence and complications.
