摘　　要：目的探讨经皮骶髂螺钉内固定治疗Tile C型骨盆骨折患者的临床疗效。方法将65例Tile C型骨盆骨折患者按手术方法不同分为2组:观察组35例采用经皮骶髂螺钉内固定治疗,对照组30例采用开放性钢板内固定治疗。比较2组的住院时间、手术时间、切口长度及术中出血量;术后随访2年,采用Matta、Majeed评价标准评定患者术后恢复与术后功能情况。结果观察组患者的住院时间、手术时间、切口长度、术中出血量均较对照组显著减少(P<0.05);观察组术后2年Matta、Majeed评价优良率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经皮骶髂螺钉内固定可以缩短Tile C型骨盆骨折患者的骨折康复时间,创伤性小,固定效果好,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous iliosacral screw fixation on Tile C pelvic fractures.Methods Sixty-five patients with Tile C pelvic fractures were assigned to receive either percutaneous iliosacral screw fixation(observation group,n=35)or open plate internal fixation(control group,n=30).Hospital stay,operation time,incision length and intraoperative blood loss were compared between the two groups.Patients were followed up for 2years,and postoperative recovery and function were evaluated by Matta and Majeed scores.ResultsCompared with open plate internal fixation,percutaneous iliosacral screw fixation reduced hospital stay,operation time,incision length and intraoperative blood loss and increased postoperative Matta and Majeed scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous iliosacral screw fixation can shorten recovery time,reduce trauma and improve fixation in patients with Tile C pelvic fractures.Therefore,it is valuable for clinical application.
