摘　　要：随着军队特种运输保障需求增加,而专业人才严重不足,大力建设特种车辆勤务专业势在必行。通过分析特种车辆勤务专业建设的意义,给出专业建设总体目标定位,从加强科研学术、打牢理论基础,搭建联教联训平台、推进与部队结合,开展职业技能鉴定、优化人才考核机制,坚持军民融合、拓宽建议渠道等4个方面探讨专业培训体系构建方法,并提出长远发展应把握的关键问题。With the increasing requirement of military special transport support,it is imperative to develop specialty construction of special vehicle service. After analyzing the significance of specialty construction,the paper presents overall target and discusses the method of specialty training system construction from following 4 aspects： strengthening scientific research and consolidating theoretical basis,building co-teaching and co-training platform and integrating with troops,developing vocational skill evaluation and optimizing talent assessment mechanism,and persisting in civil-military integration and broadening suggestions channels. It also puts forward the key problems in long-term development.
