摘　　要：为创新发展新媒体时代的军队思想政治教育,增强军队思想政治教育的实效性和针对性,提出新媒体时代是军队思想政治教育创新发展的重要契机,分析新媒体给传统军队思想政治教育带来冲击主体的话语权威、淡化教育模式吸引力、削弱思想政治教育掌控力、凸显传统教育话语形式滞后性的严峻挑战,指出新媒体时代军队思想政治教育创新发展要积极调整心态、更新教育理念、丰富教育手段、抢占舆论阵地、提高教育效果的具体路径。To innovate and develop army ideological and political education in new media age and strengthen its effectiveness and pertinence,the paper analyzes following severe challenges to traditional army ideological and political education from new media： striking the discourse authority of subject,desalting the attraction of education mode,weakening the controlling force of ideological and political education,and highlighting the hysteresis of traditional education discourse. Then,it proposes specific methods to innovate and develop army ideological and political education in new media age from adjusting mental attitude,updating education idea,enriching education method,seizing public opinion position,and improving education effect.
