摘　　要：针对屈服强度要求≥650MPa级大规格(≥Φ150mm)钢拉杆用热轧圆钢,采用低成本合金化设计及生产工艺优化,成功开发出650MPa级大规格优质钢拉杆用热轧圆钢,力学性能满足Rm≥850MPa、Rp0.2≥650MPa、A≥15%、Z≥45%、KV2(-40℃)≥34J的标准要求。According to the requirements of the yield strength is greater than or equal to 650MPa grade （ 150mm） hot rolled round rod for steel tie rod, using low cost alloying design and produc-tion process optimization, the successful development of 650MPa grade high quality hot rolled round rod for steel tie rod,,mechanical properties to meet the Rm≥850MPa、 Rp0. 2 ≥ 650MPa、 A≥ 15 % 、 Z ≥45%、 KV2（ -40℃ ）≥34J.
