医院感染控制管理在维持性血液透析患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨维持性血液透析患者经强化医院感染控制管理后的效果。方法:2013年8月~2015年11月,选择我院维持性血液透析患者126例,以数字法随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取临床强化医院感染控制管理,对两组患者均进行6个月随访,观察比较其临床效果并进行分析。结果:观察组患者用药依从性、运动依从性和护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组院内感染以及急性加重次数均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床强化控制管理对预防维持性血液透析患者感染情况的效果较佳,能提高患者的用药依从性和运动依从性,提高了患者生命健康,安全性好,值得推荐。Objective：To explore the effect of patients with maintenance hemodialysis after intensive hospital infection control management.Methods：A total of 126 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from August 2013 to November 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group by digital method.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing.The observation group was treated with clinical strengthening of hospital infection control management on the basis of routine nursing.A six months＇ follow-up were conducted in the two groups of patients and clinical results were compared and analyzed.Results：The compliance of patients,exercise compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Nosocomial infection and acute exacerbations in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical intensive control and management of the patients with maintenance hemodialysis showed better results.It can improve the patient＇s compliance and exercise compliance as well as the patient＇s life and health.The safety is good and it is worthy of promotion.
