手术室专科护士对直肠癌围术期患者护理干预分析

摘　　要：目的:分析手术室专科护士在直肠癌围手术期的护理干预作用。方法:选取2014年7月~2016年8月我院行直肠癌根治术患者88例为研究对象,围术期均接受手术室专科护士全程护理,观察其心率(HR)、血压变化及术后恢复情况。结果:术中所有患者HR,SBP,DBP均较术前增加(P<0.05),术后恢复正常;本组平均手术时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间分别为(154.66±13.32)min,(1.26±0.75)d,(7.13±1.57)d,并发症发生率4.55%。结论:手术室专科护士对直肠癌围手术期的全程护理干预,能缩短手术时间、住院时间,减少血压、心率波动及并发症,值得在临床推广实践。Objective：To study the nursing intervention effect of specialist nurses in perioperative period of patients with rectal cancer.Methods：A total of88 cases received rectal cancer resection in our hospital from July 2014 to August 2016 were enrolled in this study.All patients received full nursing from specialist nurses in the operating room during perioperative period.The heart rate（ HR）,blood pressure and postoperative recovery situation of the patients were observed.Results：All HR,SBP and DBP were increased compared to the condition before operation and all patients returned to normal after operation（ P〈0.05）.The average operative time,gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time were（ 154.66 ± 13.32） min,（ 1.26 ± 0.75） day and（ 7.13 ± 1.57） day.The incidence of complications was 4.55%.Conclusion：The full nursing by specialist nurses in the perioperative period of patients with rectal cancer can shorten the operation time and hospital stay.It can reduce blood pressure,heart rate fluctuation and complications.Therefore,it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
