康复护理对慢性心力衰竭病人心功能和生存质量改善作用的研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨康复护理对慢性心力衰竭病人心功能和生存质量的影响。[方法]156例慢性心力衰竭病人根据基本情况进行匹配和分组,均分为两组,对照组采取常规护理,康复组予以康复护理措施,包括心理干预、运动护理、出院后的督导性锻炼三项内容。比较两组病人临床疗效、护理满意度、心功能及生存质量等指标的差异。[结果]康复组和对照组比较,其临床疗效(χ~2=4.50,P=0.03)和护理满意度(χ~2=5.21,P=0.01)的差异有统计学意义;两组病人12周后舒张压({WTBXt=8.88,P=0.00)、收缩压(t=36.95,P=0.00)和心率(t=8.74,P=0.00)的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);射血分数(t=3.18,P=0.00)和左室舒张(t=5.21,P=0.00)差异有统计学意义;6min步行距离的差异无统计学意义(P=1.30,P=0.19);生存质量的差异有统计学意义(t=6.37,P=0.00)。[结论]康复护理可有效改善慢性心力衰竭病人血压水平和心功能水平,改善病人生存质量。objective：To probe into the effect of rehabilitation nursing for cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods：A total of 156 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into two groups according to the basic situation.The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing,while the patients in rehabilitation group received rehabilitation nursing including psychological intervention,exercise nursing and supervised exercise after discharge.Then the clinical efficacy,nursing satisfaction,cardiac function and quality of life of patients were compared in two groups.Results：There were statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy（χ^2=4.50,P=0.03）and nursing satisfaction（χ^2=5.21,P=0.01）between both groups.There were statistically significant difference in the diastolic pressure（t=8.88,P=0.00）,systolic blood pressure（t=36.95,P=0.00）and heart rate（V=8.74,P=0.00）after 12 weeks between two groups（P〈0.05）.There were statistically significant difference in ejection fraction（t=3.18,P=0.00）and left ventricular diastolic（t=5.21,P=0.00）.There was no statistically significant difference in walking distance of 6min（P=1.30,P=0.19）.There were statistically significant difference in quality of life（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the blood pressure and heart function of patients with chronic heart failure,and improve the quality of life.
