摘　　要：高校安全技能培训基地对于实现人才培养目标至关重要。从高校教育改革与发展的需要,阐述了安全技能培训基地的运行与管理的必要性和现实意义,开展了培训基地资源优化整合、机构合理设置、建立安全技能基地运行管理、考核与激励机制等内容的探索。The building of universities ’ security skills training base is an important part of achieving the goal of cultivating the personnel. The researchers explain the requirements of college education reform and development and state the necessity and significance of its operation and management.At the same time,the resource integration, reasonable setting of the mechanism, the establishment, assessment and stimulation system of the operation and management of the security skills training base are explored.
