摘  要:提出了一种使用离散元仿真技术研究谷糙分离的方法。通过对谷糙分离机的几何模型进行简化并导入到EDEM中,为其设置适当的运动形式,创建多倍体水稻的稻谷和糙米的颗粒模型,根据谷糙分离机的实际工况设置相关的参数。结果表明,基于EDEM的谷糙分离仿真与实际工作情况很接近,这意味着用EDEM进行谷糙分离仿真研究的方法可以应用在谷糙分离机的工艺参数确定中,并对类似颗粒物加工过程的离散元仿真应用有一定的参考意义。This paper proposes a research method of paddy separation using discrete element simulation technology.First,the geometric model of paddy separator was simplified and imported into the EDEM,where forms of exercise were set appropriately. Then,the particle models of polyploid rice paddy and brown rice were created,and the simulation parameters of the paddy separator based on the actual working condition were set. It suggests that paddy separating simulation based on EDEM and actual working condition is very close,which means that paddy separating simulation based on EDEM can be used in the process parameters determination of paddy separating machine,and it is of reference significance to the discrete element simulation of analogous particulate matter process machine.
