摘　　要：东川大梁子铀多金属矿床是一个小型规模的沉积-改造型矿床,共圈定7个矿体,矿体呈似层状、脉状及透镜体状产于昆阳群大营盘组(Pt_2d^2)黑色炭质板岩中,该矿地层控矿明显;后期改造主要表现为北东向F_2断裂活动,使成矿物质进一步富集形成了工业矿床。Daliangzi U multimetallic deposit,Dongchuan is a small scale sedimentary-reformed deposit,with7 ore bodies outlined as a whole. The ore body is stratoid,veined,lenticular,in Kunyang Group Dayingpan Formation（ Pt_2d^2） black carbonaceous slate. The ore control of strata is clear. The later reformation is mainly the activity of fault F_2,which causes the further concentration of metallogenetic material and forming the commercial deposit.
