摘 要:阻垢剂因具有一定的阻垢性能而被广泛应用于发电厂反渗透水处理技术中。本研究通过设计静态及动态试验,分析评价大唐渭河电厂提供的反渗透阻垢剂的阻垢性能。结果表明,影响阻垢剂效果的影响因素顺序为p H>阻垢剂剂量>温度;三种影响因素随运行时间的增加,阻垢率均呈降低趋势;阻垢剂最佳运行条件为15℃、p H=7.94的试验条件,阻垢剂剂量的最佳剂量为4mg/L;通过扫描电镜对比分析可知,加入阻垢剂后膜表面结晶程度降低,不易结垢。该结果可为发电厂反渗透水处理运行中反渗透阻垢剂的筛选提供一定技术参考。Scale inhibitor has been extensively used in reverse osmosis water treatment technology of power plant because of its scale in-hibition performance. This study was aimed to evaluate the scale inhibition performance of reverse osmosis inhibitors provided by Datang Weihe power Plant by analyzing static and dynamic tests. The results demonstrate that the influencing factors of the effect of scale inhibitor are pH 〉 scale inhibitor dose 〉 temperature. Three kinds of influencing factors were reduced withi the increase of thie running time. The op-timum operating condition of scale inhibitor is 15 C and p H =7. 94 test condition,and the optimum dosage of scale inhibitor is 4mg/L ; Af-ter scanning electron microscope,the surface crystallinity of thie film is decreased and the fouling is not easy to scale.
