摘 要:目的研究颈椎骨折患者采用多层螺旋CT三维重建技术诊断的临床价值。方法 56例颈椎骨折患者为研究对象,均行X线和多层螺旋CT检查,观察两种检查方式对颈椎骨折的诊断情况。结果多层螺旋CT诊断颈椎骨折诊断率高达96.43%,明显高于X线诊断的57.14%(P<0.05)。检查包括椎体、棘突、椎弓根及椎板,多层螺旋CT诊断率分别为100%、92.86%、91.18%以及96.00%,明显高于X线的60.71%、46.43%、47.06%以及42.00%,均P<0.05。结论多层螺旋CT三维重建技术对颈椎骨折诊断率较高,相对于X线具有明显优势,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To study the clinical value of multislice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of cervical spine fracture. Methods In this study,56 cases of cervical spine fracture patients were selected. X-ray and spiral CT examination were performed on all the selected objects,and the results of the two kinds of examination on the diagnosis of cervical spine fracture were observed and compared. Results The diagnostic rate of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of cervical spine fracture reached 96. 43%,which was significantly higher than that of X-ray diagnosis of 57. 14 %( P < 0. 05). In this process,vertebral body,spine,pedicle and lamina examinations were included,and their diagnostic rates by multislice spiral CT were 100 %,92. 86 %,91. 18 % and 96. 00 %,respectively,which were significantly higher than those by X-ray detection of( 60. 71 %,46. 43 %,47. 06 % and 42. 00 %,respectively)( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Three-dimensional reconstruction technique of multislice spiral CT possesses a higher diagnostic rate for cervical spine fracture,and exhibits obvious advantages for worthy clinical applications and promotion.
