摘  要:结合疾控中心信息化建设特点和历史教训,着力提高系统高可用性,保障数据存储安全。基于集群技术(MSCS)构建双机热备系统平台,进行分析、选型,并应用于项目实践。MSCS具备故障转移能力,系统正常运行时间占比大于99.9%;应用系统与数据存储分离,能够切实保障公共卫生信息安全。由于高可用性、高性价比、易部署和易管理等优势,MSCS适合基层疾控中心推广应用。Combined with the characteristics and historical lessons of the Centers for Disease Control(CDC) informatization construction, efforts to improve the high availability(HA) of system and ensure data storage security are made. A platform of dual hot standby system is established based on the cluster technology(MSCS) for analysis and selection, as well as application into project practices. MSCS has the ability of failover, its rate of system normal operating time is greater than 99.9%. Owing to the separation of the application system and data storage, it can effectively protect the information security for public health. Owing to the advantages including high availability, cost-effective, deploy easiness and manage easiness, MSCS is suitable for the promotion of CDC in grass-root units.
