摘　　要：金融效率在维持金融体系稳定以及促进宏观经济增长的过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用,如何有效地提高金融效率成为深化金融改革的核心任务。同时,城市群已成为当前各国推动经济增长的主要动力源,是未来生产力布局中最具活力的核心区域。城市群战略影响区域金融效率的探讨,有助于区域金融的均衡发展。目前,关于城市群战略对区域金融效率影响的研究主要有两点,一是从金融机构、金融市场、宏观金融和金融调控四种不同的视角对其进行理论研究,二是从区域金融效率的度量与城市群战略对区域金融效率的政策效应评价两个方面进行的实证研究。但现有研究未能完全排除城市群战略对区域金融效率变动中的潜在干扰,因此得出的研究结论有失偏颇。而引入双重差分方法,能够有效地对城市群战略的净效应进行分离,进而客观准确地估计城市群战略对区域金融效率的影响。Financial effciency plays an increasingly important role in maintaining the stability of the fnancial system and promoting macroeconomic growth. How to effectively improve fnancial effciency has become the core task of deepening fnancial reform. At the same time, the urban agglomeration has become the main source of power for the current countries to promote economic growth and the most dynamic core area in the future productivity distribution. The strategic infuence of urban agglomeration on regional fnancial effciency is helpful to the balanced development of regional finance. At present, the study on the impact of urban agglomeration on regional financial efficiency is mainly based on the theoretical research from four different perspectives of fnancial institutions, fnancial markets, macrofnance and fnancial regulation, and the measurement of regional fnancial effciency and group strategy’s impact on the regional fnancial effciency of the policy effect evaluation of two aspects of the empirical study. However, the existing research has not completely ruled out the potential interference of the urban agglomeration strategy to the regional fnancial effciency, so the conclusion is biased. The introduction of the double difference method can effectively separate the net effect of the urban agglomeration strategy, and then objectively and accurately estimate the impact of the urban agglomeration strategy on the regional fnancial effciency.
