摘 要:教师教学评价需从教学工作"质"和"量"两个方面进行。教学档案袋是一种全面的教师评价方式,兼具发展性评价和绩效评价的双重作用。绩效评价指标原则上要定量与定性相结合,既要有量化的指标,也要有定性的指标。文章从"量"和"质"两方面分析了教学绩效评价指标,设计了基于教学绩效评价指标的教师教学档案袋内容结构,以期能为教师教学评价提供一种"质""量"结合的评价依据。Teachers' teaching evaluation should be carried out from two aspects: "quality" and "quantity" of teaching work. The teaching portfolio is a comprehensive evaluation method, which has the dual function of development evaluation and performance e-valuation. Performance evaluation index in principle should be quantitatively and qualitatively combined. The paper analyzes the evalu-ation target of teaching performance in two aspects: quantity and quality. Additionally, content and structure of teaching portfolio are presented so as to provide a basis for teaching evaluation.
