“互联网+”视角下基层治理现代化模式创新探析——以深圳市福田区为例

摘　　要：深圳市福田区立足于转变传统管理模式,运用"互联网+"大数据信息化手段,探索实现基层治理现代化的目标,其创新主要体现在治理理念、方式、机制的综合创新,但在服务便捷性、部门共通性、数据使用效率、法治化水平等方面还有所不足。选取深圳市福田区为研究样本,通过分析,总结出"互联网+"视角下基层治理现代化的四个核心理念,并对"互联网+"基层治理现代化模式构建进行了思考。Based on the transformation of the traditional management model, the Futian District of Shenzhen, from the perspective of MInternet＋ ＂, explored the new mechanisms of grassroots governance mod-ernization by means of big data, in order to realize the aim of grassroots governance modernization. The inno-vation is mainly embodied in the comprehensive innovation of governing concept, methods and mechanisms, but the service convenience, departmental commonality, data efficiency and the level of legalization are still inadequate. This paper summarizes the four core ideas of the grassroots governance modernlization from the perspective of ＂Intemet＋＂, and considers about the model construction of ＂Intemet＋＂ grassroots governance modernization.
