摘　　要：在具有顶层意识的综合治理方案的引导下,环太湖地区以不同类型的示范区建设为点,以水环境综合治理重大重点工程建设为线,通过制度建设和制度创新促进各级政府、各类社会组织、公民个体积极参与评介监督,推动着环太湖地区的生态合作治理的良性运转。The water environment management of Taihu Lake is a new model under the top-down guidance. A trans-regional water environment governance system has been constructed in Taihu Lake areas. In order to ensure the efcient trans-regional system, the construction of both key projects and types of demonstration areas has been strengthened, and the system construction and innovation have been promoted, which calls for active participation and close supervision by not only the government but also social organizations and citizens.
