利格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗初诊2型糖尿病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨利格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗初诊2型糖尿病的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取80例初诊2型糖尿病患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予二甲双胍口服,治疗组加用利格列汀治疗,治疗12周后比较两组患者临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(χ~2=7.623,P=0.027),治疗组FPG、2hPG、HbA_(1c)及BMI水平均较治疗前、同期对照组有明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗初诊2型糖尿病可提高降糖效果,缩短血糖达标时间,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of trajenta combined with metformin in initial treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods 80 T2DM patients with initial treatment were divided into treatment group and control group by different treatment methods, 40 cases in each. Control group orally took metformin, treatment group additionally took trajenta, and continuous 12 week treatment was 1 course. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group （χ^2=7.623, P=0.027）, the FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c and BMI levels of treatment group significantly improved compared with treatment before treatment and at the same term （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Trajenta combined with metformin in initial treatment of T2DM can increase hypoglycemic effect, shorten standard time of blood glucose and have higher safety.【
