摘　　要：论文在分析国内外研究现状的基础上,探索图书馆通过人员互动转移隐性知识的必然性以及人员互动对图书馆隐性知识转移的支撑优势,并以图书馆中若干典型服务为例进行具体说明。研究发现:图书馆隐性知识的转移需要人员互动,人员互动也确实能够促进图书馆隐性知识转移。此研究结论对于有效推动图书馆知识管理活动有指导意义。This paper analyzes the responsibilities of the current subject librarian at home and abroad, and discusses the role and required ability of the embedded subject librarian. It draws the conclusion that the role orientation of the embedded subject librarians should be based on the embedded service requirement of the subject librarian in scientific research, teaching, information consultation, the library collection construction, information services and so on. Finally, it puts forward corresponding suggestions in the ability training and incentive mechanism of embedded subject librarian.
