摘　　要：论文基于高校图书馆科研服务现状,以无锡职业技术学院图书馆为例,采用SWOT模型对高职图书馆科研服务的优势、劣势、机会和威胁四个因素进行全方位分析,提出科研服务发展策略:利用"十三五规划"契机,活化资源配置;吸引高层次人才加入,优化科研服务团队;构建科研服务平台,夯实科研服务根基。In the wake of population aging, public libraries in Taiwan actively carry out the reading service for seniors. This paper draws lessons from the service for seniors in Taiwan public libraries, analyzes the problems and talks about the strategies in serving seniors in the Chinese mainland public libraries. The main strategies include setting up the special space for the elderly, opening up the extra lending path for the seniors, providing a variety of reading activities and extensible services, increasing the librarian`s sense of loving and respecting the seniors, and so on.
