我国海外投资面临的经济风险及利益保护机制研究

摘　　要：我国海外投资利益是国家整体利益的境外延伸。近年来,伴随我国海外投资事业的迅速发展,我国企业海外投资面临的经济风险也在不断增加。主要经济风险包括:汇率风险、宏观经济政策风险和市场风险等。尽管我国海外投资利益保护机制建设已有很大发展,但与海外投资事业迅速发展状况相比,在国际投资协定保护措施、海外投资保险制度、多位一体的保护协调机制建设方面仍急需完善。为保护我国海外投资利益,应继续加强BIT在扩大海外投资利益保护中的作用、充分发挥政府和社会在海外投资保护机制中的作用、加快完善海外投资保险制度、提高企业自身维护海外投资利益的能力。China＇s overseas investment interests are the extension of the country＇s overall interests. In recent years, with the rapid development of overseas investment in our country, the economic risks faced by Chinese enterprises in overseas investment are also increasing. The main economic risks include currency risk, macro- economic policy risk and market risk. Compared with the rapid development of overseas investment enterpri- ses, although the construction of the protection mechanism of overseas investment interests has been greatly de- veloped, there is still a need to improve the protection agreements, overseas investment insurance system and and coordination mechanism of international investment mufti -unit protection and coordination mechanism. In order to protect the interests of overseas investment in China, we should continue to strengthen the role of BIT in expanding the protection of overseas investment interests, give full play to the role of government and society in overseas investment protection mechanism, speed up the perfection of overseas investment insurance system and improve the enterprise＇s own ability to maintain their overseas investment interests.
