摘 要:由于城市内涝防治系统涉及专业多、工程建设时序不确定等原因,给新区建设过程中统筹考虑区域排水防涝安全带来较大的难度。以东南某城市新建区域为例,在研究区域原市政工程建设方案的基础上,开展汇水分区、新建道路高程设计、新建排水设计、设置调蓄绿地(公园)等市政工程设计优化,提高了新建管道的排水效益,增设超标雨水的行泄通道和调蓄空间,从而完善区域内涝防治系统,有效降低区域的内涝风险;同时从高程设计、挖填方量、道路纵坡等方面分析优化措施的可实施性。Constructing a urban flooding prevention and control system in a new area is diffi- cult, because it is involved to many engineering majors and the time of project construction se- quence is uncertainty. A newly built area in southeast China is taken as an example, based on stud- ying deeply its original municipal constructive plan, the measures such as optimization of catch- ment, road elevation, newly-built drainage system, and some detention green area (park) are pro- posed, which enhance urban flooding prevention and control system and reduce the local flooding risks effectively. Meanwhile, the feasibility of the optimized measures was analysis from different aspects: elevation design, cut-fill volumes, and longitudinal slope etc.
