摘  要:采用SEM、EDX和XRD对Sm、Zr合金元素添加后的Mg-Cu合金进行分析。并对添加元素后的Mg-Cu合金力学性能进行分析。结果表明:Sm元素细化晶粒效果不明显,晶粒尺寸粗大,且有吸引Cu元素分布在晶粒内部形成CuSm相增强合金强度的作用。Zr元素细化晶粒效果明显,晶粒内部出现少量的CuZr_2相,能提高合金塑性,但是对合金的强化效果且不明显。所制备的Mg_(98)Cu_1Sm_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)合金获得了强度和韧性都较好的Mg-Cu合金。The Mg-Cu alloy with Sm and Zr added was analyzed by SEM, EDX and XRD. The mechanical properties of the alloy were studied. The results show that the refinement effect of Sin element is not obvious, so the grain size is coarse. Sm element has the effect of attracting Cu distributing within the grain, which forms CuSm phase to enhance the strength of the alloy. The refinement effect of Zr is obvious. A small amount of CuZr2 phase appears in grain, which can improve the plasticity of the alloy, but the stregthening effect for the alloy is not obvious. The prepared Mg98Cu1Sm0.5Zr0.5alloy has better strengthening and toughening effect compared with Mg-Cu alloy.
