摘 要:采用极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱和全浸失重法研究了锌包钢接地材料和Q235钢在不同pH值的江西赣州红壤模拟溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:在pH值为6、7、8的三种红壤模拟溶液中,随pH值的增大,锌包钢腐蚀速率减小;随着浸泡时间的延长,腐蚀速率先减后增。锌包钢与Q235钢对比发现,锌包钢最小腐蚀速率呈现的时间长于Q235钢,锌包钢的腐蚀速率约为Q235钢的1.5倍,而耐点蚀性能则约为后者的4倍。The corrosion behavior of zinc cladding steel grounding material and Q235 steel in simulated red soil solutions with different pH values of Ganzhou in Jiangxi Province was studied by polarization curve, electrochemical impedance and immersion mass loss test. The results show that in the simulated red soil solutions with the pH value of 6,7 and 8, the corrosion rate of zinc cladding steel decreases with increasing pH. The corrosion rate decreases and then increases with increasing immersion time. Compared zinc claddin steel with Q235 steel, the appearance of the minimum corrosion rate of zinc cladding steel is longer than that of Q235 steel. The corrosion rate of zinc cladding steel is about 1.5 times than that of Q235 steel, but its pitting corrosion resistance is 4 times than that ofQ235 steel.
