摘  要:对某核电工程主泵蒸发器支承件所使用的新型锰-钼-钒系合金钢ZG12MnMoV铸钢材料进行研究。模拟了该钢凝固和冷却过程的淬火组织和热物理力学性能,得到了合金从液态到室温整个温度区间部分的力学性能和热物理性能参数随温度变化的曲线和确定值,以及ZG12MnMoV钢冷却过程的CCT曲线、TTA曲线、TTT曲线和Jominy淬透性曲线,可为ZG12MnMoV合金钢铸件的热处理工艺制订和铸件模拟分析提供必要的数据支持。New type Mn-Mo-V series alloy steel ZG12MnMoV cast steel used in a nuclear power plant project main pump evaporator was researched. The quenching microstructure and thermo-physical mechanical properties of ZG12MnMoV steel during solidification and cooling were simulated. Then, the curve of the mechanical properties and thermal physical properties changing with temperature from liquid to room temperature in the whole temperature range can be obtained. And the determined value can be obtained. Then, the CCT curve, TTA curve, TTT curve and the Jominy hardenability curve of ZG12MnMoV steel in cooling process can also be obtained, which can provide necessary data for formulating the heat treatment process of ZG 12MnMoV alloy steel castings and casting simulation analysis.
