摘 要:采用慢应变速率拉伸试验和动电位极化研究了锻造流线方向对23Co13Ni11Cr3Mo超高强钢在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,通过慢应变速率拉伸试验(SSRT),应力腐蚀开裂敏感性随锻造流线与腐蚀面的角度增大而增大,而腐蚀电位降低,腐蚀电流密度增大。沿锻造流线取向的抗腐蚀性能最好,垂直于锻造流线取向的抗腐蚀性最差。By slow strain rate tests (SSRT) and potentiodynamic polarization, the effect of forging flow line orientation on the corrosion property of23Col3Nil 1Cr3Mo ultrahigh strength steel in 3.5% NaC1 solution was studied. The results show that by using SSRT, with the increase of angle between forging flow line and the etched surface, the SCC (stree corrosion cracking) sensitivity increases,and the corrosion potential decreases, while the corrosion current density increases. The corrosion resistance is the best in the direction paralleling to forging flow line and the worst in the direction perpendicular to forging flow line.
